All Basic Residential Cleans include the below services
Kitchen
- Clean and disinfect countertops, backsplash, sinks, and faucets.
- Scrub and de-grease stove top, and range hood.
- Clean microwave (inside and out).
- Clean toaster oven (inside and out).
- Wipe down exterior of all additional kitchen appliances.
- Wipe down cabinets fronts and handles.
- Sweep and mop floors.
Bathroom
- Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, tubs, and showers.
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Remove soap scum, mildew, and hard water stains.
- Sweep and mop floors.
Bedroom
- Vacuum/Dust Under Beds. (if accessible)
- Make beds (use existing linens unless otherwise specified or new bedding is laid in the bed).
- Dust and wipe down all surfaces (shelves, baseboards, window sills, etc.).
- Light Dust ceiling fans. (within 2 step stool reach)
- Clean TV screens and electronic surfaces (using dry microfiber cloth)
- Vacuum carpets or rugs; sweep and mop hard floors.
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
Living Areas and Common Areas
Dust and wipe down all surfaces (shelves, window sills, etc.).
- Dust Baseboards.
- Dust ceiling fans. (withing a 2 step ladder reach)
- Dust light fixtures. (withing a 2 step ladder reach)
- Vacuum/Dust Under Couches. (if accessible)
- Vacuum Couches if non leather otherwise wipe down.
- Clean TV screens and electronic surfaces (using dry microfiber cloth)
- Vacuum carpets or rugs; sweep and mop hard floors.
- Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.
- Dust door frames, wipe down handles.
Move in/ Move out Top to Bottom

- Hand wipe exterior of fridge from top to bottom.
- Scrub and de-grease stove top, and range hood.
- Clean microwave (inside and out).
- Sweep and mop floors.

- Wipe down and disinfect refrigerator (inside and out, including shelves and drawers). $50
- Clean Oven, Inside and out Includes getting rid of build up. $50
